First compilation of complex refractive index of ice from far-infrared to ultraviolet at a constant temperature of 266K.

A temperature dependent model is provided just for the microwaves regime.

 

Provides table to use as fixed points to interpoleate on.

Lacks measurement of ice refractive between 1.25 and 12.5 millimeters
